Terms of Service

1. Service provider

ProfitPilot is operated from Türkiye. You can contact us at profitpilotsupport@gmail.com.

2. The service

ProfitPilot synchronizes selected Shopify store information and provides financial dashboards, product-cost calculations, refund tracking, expense tracking, and profitability insights. Features may change as the service is improved.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• Maintain an active Shopify account and provide accurate store, product-cost, and expense information.
• Review synchronized information and calculations before relying on them for a business decision.
• Keep Shopify credentials and administrative access secure.
• Use ProfitPilot only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with Shopify's terms.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans, billing intervals, free-trial terms, and applicable charges are displayed on Shopify's billing approval screen before a merchant confirms a subscription. Charges are processed through Shopify. Uninstalling ProfitPilot cancels future app subscription renewals according to Shopify's billing rules.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, refunds and billing adjustments are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing system and applicable policies.

5. Financial-information disclaimer

ProfitPilot is an analytics tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Results depend on Shopify data, merchant-entered costs, third-party data, configuration, timing, and calculation assumptions. Merchants are responsible for verifying results with appropriate professional advisers before making financial or compliance decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use ProfitPilot to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or another merchant's information.
• Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of the service.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or written authorization.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ProfitPilot available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, Shopify changes, third-party outages, or security events may temporarily affect the service. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

8. Intellectual property

ProfitPilot and its software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. Merchants retain their rights in their store information. The merchant grants us a limited right to process that information solely to operate, secure, and support the service.

9. Third-party services

ProfitPilot depends on services such as Shopify and hosting or infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for failures or changes outside our reasonable control.

10. Suspension and termination

Merchants can stop using ProfitPilot by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfitPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory rights a merchant has under applicable local law.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ProfitPilot or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to profitpilotsupport@gmail.com.
